Storage lock box behind rear seats

I have a need (as I'm sure many of you do), to lock items in a secure place inside the vehicle. There is a lot of space behind the backs of the rear seats in my CC. I have designed a storage box that a metal worker friend of mine is putting together. It wil then be rivited to the seat mounts. Since the box is metal, it will have a small dead lock on it.

Before I go ahead with this mod, does anyone know of an aftermarket device already available? Thanks.

Check out Tuffy products..thats what they do primarily for the Jeep market but thay sell quite a few universal ones in many sizes.
