OEM Sirius for Titan

While browsing through the parts department at the dealership yesterday, I saw they offer XM and Sirius for the Armada, but only XM for the Titan.

Had the parts guy call Nissan (to see why Sirius isn't offered for the Titan), and was told Nissan will release a Sirius option for the Titan in December 2004. Also, it'll utilize an in-the-weatherstripping antenna.

Makes me glad I haven't gone for XM yet.

A Sirius Tuner is already availible for the Titan:

But it is just my opinion that if your going to spend $400 on satellite radio, you might as well buy an aftermarket deck and get the sirius tuner free. That way it will scroll automatically and display Title and Artist information at the same time.

Looks like you got Kenwood DDX7015 DVD/CD/MP3 receiver & separate Kenwood SR903 Sirius Satellite Radio Tuner.

Any suggestion on an aftermarket deck that includes Sirius tuner, or site references?

Wow, this is really cool!!!!!! I went out today and got and installed a Delphi XM Roady-2 in my LE-KC .130 bucks for EVERYTHING!!!! And it works GREAT!!!!!!! We have 5 cars and trucks so I mounted it with velcro so that I can put it in any of them in only seconds, the only thing I had to get, that was not included in the kit was a cord that plugs into the jack on the dash directlyinto the XM receiver. It REALLY improves the sound of the system!!!!! I am VERY HAPPY with it. Good Luck with your choice!!!!!

So the Roady-2 has a line output that you used to plug into the AUX input below radio?

If so, some have said they have gotten low volume levels that way - but not with Roady, maybe. See Roady-2 got great review on PCMag.com.

Also, if so, where did you get cord - RadioShack, similar?

Much thanks for post already and any more info!

Billaku, Yes to the line output, It goes into the AUX input on the dash. Also comes with power cable for lighter socket, run the ant. wire and hide wiring and thats it!!!! Got my cable from a friend but it is available at Radio Shack. I am quite FUSSY and it took me an hour and sounds VERY NICE!!!!!!
