Does anyone know how i can boost the preamp outputs of the kenwood so i can lower the gain on the amp?

why would you want too? Have you set the amp up with a voltmeter to see what kind of power you are actually getting? Amplifiers can only produce X amount of power with an input range from say 100mv to 9 volts peek to peek. As long as you arent over driving the amp to clipping the gain knob does nothing but attenuate the input signal so the amplifier section can work efficiently......

Exactly what I tell people..Raising the voltage can clean the signal up (less distrotion or electrical noise) if a line driver is installed at the deck..

audiocontrol matrix works perfect three channels in three channels out. will boost signal up to 13v rms

those new indash doudble din screens only put out 4volts max, so yes it would behoove you to get a matrix or some other line driver. tru technology,and phoenix gold also make nice units

Get the DSP hide away box. You get 5.1 decoding and also 5v pre outs.
