K-Cover Installed, Nice Product

I just installed my new K Cover 4 panel folding Tonneau. It's really nice, was an easy install (but took an hour) and has a nice, low profile.

I have my bed divider still installed, which is a nice little bonus. I wasn't sure if it would work with the cover, and it does, although I'm limited as to how much I can move it. That's ok, because I usually leave it in the same place anyway.

Anyway, if you're looking for a good folding cover, the K-Cover seems like a good product, and Jackie at K-Covers is really nice. If anyone wants pics, I can post some.

Did you assemble the pieces before sliding them into the track (dunno if you saw that hint I posted in the other forum)? Happy you like it :-)

yeah - just for kicks, I tried one "their way", and what a pain. I assembled all of the pieces before putting it together, and it went pretty quickly.

Thanks for the tip!

Ok, pictures.

I took a couple of pictures of the latch mechanisms. Also note that my bed divider is installed with the K-cover, although I can't move it much. That's just fine with me, as I don't move it a lot anyway.

By the way, I noticed that my Titan and the cover are a bit dirty...no that's not a quality control problem with the cover, it's a quality control problem with the Half Shovel

Questions?
Let me know...HS

well, you pretty much lose the use of the utilitrack for sliding stuff, as there are brackets for each panel on the track. I can slide my divider about 1 foot back if I want, or relocate it further back, but that's it. I can also use my tie down cleats.

The nice thing is that I can fold the cover forward all the way, or remove it in about 10 minutes. It's light (maybe 30lbs), so it only takes 1 person to remove.
