Anyone have Proclip mounts?

I'm wondering how they fit. They make one that clips into the seam between the HAVAC controlls and the glove box. Just got one and I'm haveing trouble getting a good fit.

I have the one that fits in the seam on the side of the center console. It works great for me.

I just got the new one. i love the location. I puts my ipod right where I need it. However the seam doesn't close up. (See attached pic) I contacted proclips and they are going to retest it and get back to me. They don't have any in stock to test. When I ordered mine it was backordered.

Just get a holder at Target that attaches to the vents in the dash. Perfect height for me to see the phone's display. Cost: $6.95 + tax.... I think. Doesn't hold an iPod though.

I'm sure I'll get this one worked out once they have one in stock to test. It migth just be defective. Everyone else that uses them loves um. I have one of those cheapo ones, with the flex arm and spring loaded clamp, but I don't want to use it. It need to be screwed to the dash.

The proclip is working great, except for the seam. It put's the ipod rigth next to the upper rigth stero knob and doesn't block vents. I think I should be able to tuck the excess wire under the center console.
