help with stereo install

i know there are other forums based on this but i do not understand most of the stuff, i am very new to car stereo. i have the le cc with the rf system.

my stuff:

2 sony xplod 10"s
1 sony explode 1600 amp
1 PLAM20 Amp kit
1 titan cc sub box

the LOC is already installed but nothing else is

i need full step by step on how to install this and what else i will need

It's hard to give you step by step instructions!! I would need seven pots of coffee and the ability to type really really fast. lol
