Dash Speaker Replacements

I was in Best Buy and I saw some nice Rockford Fosgate 3.5" speakers. I thought it would be nice to replace the dash speakers with them but i'm not sure if they fit. I remember reading on here that the dash tweeters are 2.75 inches. Has anybody replaced these and if so with what?

to get the grill back on the largest you can place in there is 2.75"x2.75"
