OK I need some help deciding. Besides the price, whats the difference between these two besides the eclipse navigation feature. I need pros and cons of both or personnal opinion. Also anyone seen an eclpise mounted in the TITAN yet? Hows it look? I want to buy one of these ASAP.

If you search you will find a couple pictures of the AVN2454 installed on the Titan..The Eclipse has lower preouts when you look at the specs between the two however the Eclipse specs are RMS and not peak like the Kenwood so actually the Eclipse has better preouts.. I had the Kenwood DDX7015 and it was a pretty nice deck I just didn't like the features (sound options) and the volume was really low and I had to have the "LOUD" button on. I have played with the Eclipse AVN2454 in a buddies ride and it's a really nice deck with awesome sound options to fine tune your system. Hands down the Eclipse is better not only build wise but feature wise. I gave my Kenwood DDX7015 back and purshased the Kenwood Excelon KVT-915DVD which is considered one of the best audio/video decks on the market. Its really incrediable with so many features that it makes my system really come alive. Not to mention it's DTS and Dolby Digital.. If you set on getting the double din style deck go with the Eclipse you won't be sorry...

I would do the Alpine IVA-D901 before the Eclipse and the Kenwood, but they don't make a double din screen, so my next option would be the Kenwood. I really hate the pocket under the single din look!
If must have Double Din then the Kenwood is you only option... Unless you went with Eclipse and got a plug and play temporarily until Eclipse releases the Sirius. I wasn't impressed with the Kenwood DDX7015 but I'm not easily impressed...LOL

I am perfectly happy with my Kenwood. My father has the Eclipse DD and im very impressed with it, however no sirius and no CD RW playback made me pass. As for the sirius tuner.... For over a year now they have been saying coming soon. I would assume 2nd qtr of 05 but who knows.
