subwoofer enclosers

Trying to figure out how to make a sub encloser. Does anybody have any ideas or dimensions on something that i can put under the rear seats? I have a king cab. Maybe interested in two 10s. Has anybody mounted amps in the back of the seats of a king cab, is there enough room? This is the last phase of my stereo install. Just got a music keg for my ddx-7015 and I am purchasing an audio control line driver to increase the output of the 7015.

I just finished a custom box for my King Cab. It can hold either an 8" or 10" sub. I am running a 10" RF sub, and it sounds great and looks just as good.

The complete writeup with materials, drawings, and assembly info is in the How-To area:

How To: Custom KC 10" Subwoofer Box ( '04 Nissan Titan King Cab )

Right now I've got both my amps on the back wall of my KC. They don't interfere with seat operation at all (both are ~12 X 10 X 2.25"). I am also in the process of building a box to go under the rear seats to house 2 10" subs (recessed and upfiring), 2 front firing 6.5" components (special kickpanel I'm fabricating), and an amp rack for the monoblock. The overall dimensions of my boxes are 19" wide, 11.25" deep, 8" tall (front) and 6" tall in back). The two boxes are connected by the amprack (~17" wide). All will get reinforced bracing and then fiberglassed. This design gives 0.6 ft^3 per side and is contoured to the shape of the seat. I'll post pics if I ever get it done. Waiting on the subs and components from Elemental Designs to arrive before I do any more fabricating.
