Make nav screen play DVD?

O.k., I have asked every truck and stereo shop in town. And my useless dealer service nut. Can I hook up a regular DVD Player (or better get my current nav/DVD rom) to play DVD so my wife quits bugging me to get an aftermarket for her? My truck is a 2004 LE crew (if it matters I have the rear DVD)

It is possible, kind of expensive though. Here are some links:

Not sure if such a product is available yet for the Titan but I know from prior experience with my Bimmer that there is a product called Nav-TV. They have a website and may be able to point you in the right direction. Just do a Google.

The Avelectronic.com that SarkaZM posted does it. It works great

Here is the Nav to tv site refered to above. IMO it doesn't seem as robust as the avelectronics unit...but it is cheaper. To my knowledge one member of this forum has tried to use the nav to tv unit and has had problems (do a search).

I'd love to do it to mine too, but don't have that kind of money to drop in to the truck right now. I would have to get the camera and tv. Do it all at once and do all of it. It looks easy enough to do.
