"I have a question regarding stereo installation. How do you remove the bezel around the head unit, the non fosgate 6-disk changer?"
You grab the bezel with your fingertips at one corner and pull toward the rear of the truck. The bezel is held by clips. After you pull the bezel off, you have to disconnect the wire connectors from the back. The connectors have various detents to which you need to pay attention. The radio/CD is held in place by four screws. After you remove the screws, pull the radio to the rear of the truck and disconnect the antenna cable & other wires from the back, paying attention to the various detents.
"Also how do you remove the door panels to replace the speakers?:
You need something to pry with that won't scratch the plastic panel. I used a butterknife, but they make a special little plastic tool you can get at an autoparts store. Pry out the obvious little square plastic tab in the middle of the door. Remove one screw. Pry out the next plastic piece that surrounds the little plastic tab in the central region of the door. Remove the next screw. Pry out the narrow, elongated trim strip from the door pull handle (not the door latch handle) Remove two screws. Pull the arm rest up & inwardly, away from the door panel to remove. Remove one more screw. After having removed a total of 5 screws, go to the bottom of the door and pinch or pry out the courtesy light and disconnect the connector by depressing the detent.
The plastic door panel is held to the door by a series of peripheral plastic clips. Grab the door panel at one corner and pull to disengage the clip. Progressively pull around the periphery of the door to disengage all of the clips. Some of the clips may stay on the door metal. You need to pull those off and put them back on the plastic door panel before reassembly. They make a special panel removal tool for pulling those clips that is basically a metal fork that you can buy at an autoparts store.
On the inside of the door panel, two Bowden cables must be disengaged from door lock & latch mechanisms. The cables have enlarged heads that you must position correctly in slots and then pull to pop loose. Depending on the door, there are also electrical connectors for power windows, locks& memory seat switches that you must disconnect.
Also, if you have manual windows with a crank, you probably have to take that off. I don't have manual windows, so I don't know how to do that.
"One more, which color wires constitute the: remote turn on, the left, right, front and rear speakers? Any help and/or advise would be greatly appreciated."
You can get alot more help if you post specifically what you intend to do as many of the guys here have already installed amps, speakers & subs. There are hundreds of posts on this topic you can find by searching. I would suggest that you post exactly what you are thinking about doing (brand & models of speakers, amps, sub(s), LOC, sound deadening/insulation, etc.) before you buy anything or start taking stuff apart. One interesting thread is titled "Installing Aftermarket Radio Tonight" or something like that.
On the topic of wire colors, if you are installing aftermarket amp(s) via an LOC to the OEM head unit, you can use Scosche connectors NN03 & NN03RB so you don't have to hack the stock wire harness.
