Door Speakers Installed, Front Bumper Smashed

Well, I spent all weekend installing 2 sets of MB Quart component sets in my Crew Cab. Fishing the wire through the rubber boot was NOT fun! Especially the front doors. For the dash tweeters I made a bracket out of hardwood and used the same plastic panel fasteners to attach it. Turned out pretty good. Should have my HU this week.

So now for the bad news... On the way to work this morning I rear ended someone

There were 2 turn lanes that had to turn into a single lane because the other lane was blocked off due to construction. Someone from the other turn lane merged in front of the car in front of me and he hit his brakes and I hit mine, but it was too late. So good thing I lowered my deductible to $250 when I bought my Titan...

Condolences. Hopefully it is just the bumper.

I am getting pretty fast at fishing 12 gage wire through those boots. I went down to the body shop recently and fished the wire for my new front door. It went real quick compared to the first time.

Well at least now might be a good opportunity to swap out my chrome front bumper for a painted one.

Yeah, by the time I got to the last door I was definitely getting the hang of fishing wire through the boots.
