I have two sets of 6 1/2s. Will I have any problems installing these in the Titan? Does it already have 6 1/2 stock speakers? Will I need to fit my speakers or will they bolt right on the doors w/ no fabrication or fit kit? Thanks for your help...

You will probably need some adapters. The rear doors have 6 1/2 stock if you have the crew cab (not sure about the king cab), but they were not the same size as the aftermarket 6 1/2 speakers that I bought. The front have 6x9s so you will definitely need adapters there. I made some out of MDF. They don't have to be pretty since they are hidden.

I originally bought 6x9 to 6.5 adapters from crutchfeld for the front. They fit the OEM front speaker mounts, but not my 6.5 speakers. So I made MDF adapters, which, IMHO are better anyway in terms of resisting vibration & rattling. The rear 6.5 speakers use an integral plastic (at least in my CC w/RF) mount that bolts to the door. So I think you are going to need to make adapters for the rear also. Here is how I made them for the rear:
