Paint factory chrome grille body color or leave chrome? help!!

Hello everyone: I am thinking about either painting or buying another oem grille and painting it red alert to have a color keyed grille. I am still planning on installing a Titan "Z" grille insert into either grille, but am unsure of which looks better. I know there are several members who have swapped their grille out and painted it to match with chrome grille inserts and it looks great. I need some opinions from Titan members of which way looks best. Ultimately, I realize its my decision, but I really respect and consider everyones opinions in Titantalk. So, fire away and let me know.
Thanks everyone.
Paul

To be honest it's purley your own taste and style. I personaly hate all the chrome but others love it.

You might find someone with an XE that wants to trade.
If I had anything but an XE, that's what I'd be looking to do. I don't mind a little chrome, that I think that chrome on the bumper is the Titans only major styling blunder.

i traded my chrome grille for a smoke XE to match my truck.

looks great, just like an armada front end.

shipping (with care) for a grille isn't cheap though. expect to spend $50-$60 when it's all said and done

well worth it though.

Paul,
I personally prefer color keyed grill with a "street scene" insert. I tried the OEM chrome grill with aluminum polished billet insert and it is too much chrome for me and I am even an avid chrome follower.
And you're right! Your truck, your taste, your choice.
PEACE,
Ray

I'll trade you even for the chrome grill. I only have 4000 miles on the truck, so the grill is in perfect shape still. Let me know if you would be interested.
