Yes it's the most I could get out of it. Did a test fit tonite and all is a go

Neighbors cant be happy due to the fumes and dust. I figure another week or so and its done. Working on it a few hours after work each day. Wife thinks I'm nut but oh well. Lucky I got the beer helping me along the way. I cant understand how anyone can get 2 cuft under rear seat with just wood? I will have a 1 cuft per speaker after you subtract the speaker and port volume. I sure hope this is all worth it in the end. It fits completely under the rear seat and was hidden when I did my test fit tonite. If I had a bunch of friends with Titans I would tell them to mold the box and make a copy. It was a pain in the *** getting to be the max size without hitting anything. Will post more in a few days.

Thanks but lets see how it sounds first???? Im have a Memphis HT1000D amp under the seat. It should push 1000w+ into a 1 ohm load. The subs are Memphis 10" M3 subs. My goal was to have all this hidden and to look as close to stock as possible.

HT1000D amp

M3104D Sub

Clean line level RCA out of OEM deck

Wow that 15" must be nice. I wish they made speakers that could work with no enclosure.

Not to thread jack, but here are a couple of pics of my 15" box. The 60 split still fits in the back fine. The glass work I did is on the bottom of the box where I molded to the floor contour, and the front where I molded to the seat. You can see the big slot port in one of the pics, and the internal spare is a little larger than 3.5 ft^3. (hard to tell exact dimensions with a fiberglass box). It was a fun project, and I learned a lot. It sounds okay, musical wouldnt be my definition but the power series RF 15 is capable of massive SPL, and that is what I was looking for. This is just my starter box, and I plan on doing something more perminant later.

while that is very cool, and it is cool, it certainly is not practical. most peeps will still want to maintain that factory look. nice job though....

Dude the roof on this truck is seriously killing me. Listening to my stereo is like a giant experiment in resonant frequencies. If it is not one thing, its another. In the trucks defense, I have yet to dynamat the floor, backwall, and ceiling. I am holding out for a resonable sound deadening solution... That and I am really not looking forward to the project.

As far as a factory look, the box isnt much higher than the rear seats, and I have added limo tint to the rears and quite dark to the front. And in theory I can still haul 4 other folks around. But you are correct, it isnt exactly factory!
