Experience with sony's new 2005 model amps

What do your guys think of the new sony mono block amps? There suppose to be CEA-2006 compliant so I would assume that the power should be there. Looking to use a Sony XM-SD51X and push it to 500 watts rms (2 ohm load) into a Phoenix Gold Xenon 12 inch 4 ohm DVC sub model X12D4 also rated for 500 rms. Price is right for the amp ($139 plus $23 for shipping).

Under the passenger seat. Just got finished installing 5 gauge wire (Walmart special) through the passenger side firewall. I will try to bolt it down since some sick bastard took my wife's radio (6 year old Ford Taurus Wagon ) during the night. The theif did not touch the titan which was parked outside due to a custom subwoofer box I was building in my garage. I don't feel so bad since my deductible is $100 for my car and $50 for the Titan.
