Can anyone tell me where to find the Speed Detection Lead (Installation Manual ) on the titan to connect the GPS speed sensor ?

i cant tell you but i installed my unit,and my friend at circuit city said its only off maybe 2-3 miles if you dont hook it up.

Yea...i didnt hook mine up either. You will not be able to tell any difference

When you say 2 - 3 miles off, what are you referring to ? Directions wise if so two miles is a big difference man =, my wife will be in Canada before she finds where she's going.

from what im told its only good if your useing the dynamics part of the unit,but hey they could be wrong?my guess would be to call circuit city,i know they have access to that on some web site.if you find out please post it,i know one day the thing had me going in a circle(that could be why)since i didnt hook mine up??

Most GPS based navigation systems have it.

I called the local store the installer said he doesnt, but if he was going to do the install he can find out, if he's doing the install he'll also charge me a couple hundred.

there are several places to pick up the speed sensor. One is on the AV switch - pin 24 of M98, page AV-19 of the manual. Also pin 28 of B151 on the Naviagation Control, page AV-100.
