Both alpine and clarion make HU with aux inputs for that kind of money. Check out www.crutchfield.com. As for a 12 to 15 sub for 400.00 check ebay.
Happy pounding

Yeah,
If your just wanting SAT, you may beable to hook into the stock SAT input. The harness is under the front driver dash by the steering column. OR you can use that input to go into your iPod. All you need to do is figure out the factory SAT harness and im pretty sure you can fool the factory headunit to interface with your iPod or Sportster. So basically it would just turn on and you can run your iPod into that harness and be all good. I'd save that for your sportster since since you already have an aux input. I had my iPod runnig off the factory AUX for the longest time. Then I just interfaced the stock SAT plug to my SAT out put.

The RF satellite harness uses Nissan's own NBUS connector. I have not seen any adapters to hook it up to anything but Nissan's satellite receiver. You might be able to splice wires from your sportster or Ipod (perhaps using Molex pins to avoid chopping up the factory harness), assuming that there is nothing in the RF HU that precludes obtaining a signal from something other than Nissan's sat receiver.
