What would be the best stuff to use to Permanently attach the suction cups to the windshield?

I wouldn't try it permanently cause if you ever want to sell your truck someone is gonna give you a hassle. My V1 suction cups stay on really well. I don't know which radar detector you have but as long as you put a little moisture on the cups before putting on they should stay tight. also balance the detector so it doesn't rock. that way it won't fall off.

if you are real concerened with it you can buy that poxy crap at the auto part store. I have mounted several emergency lights in another truck with it and it works great. I have a radar now and just lick the suction cup and mount it. have not had a problem yet...... good luck
