Sirius Install From The Dealer

I have an 05 CC LE with the RF 6 disc cahnger in dash. I was thinking of getting Sirius installed in it from a Nissan dealer. My question is how would it work? I dont have a Sat button on the dash or anything so it is wired for the mode button to select it? Is it all internal or do they use the AUX input? Also, where does the antenna mount I read something about in the windshield....if anyone has had this unit installed by NIssan please let me know. Thanks!

On the CC version the selection for satellite is via the mode selector, but there will be no indication in the display unless the sat receiver is present. There is a cable harness in place that the sat receiver plugs into. Once the receiver is installed it is integrated into the RF system.
As to the antenna: on the '04 it was mounted on the rear window. I have read conflicting accounts for the '05 - either rear window or windshield. For best results purchase an aftermarket antenna similiar to the Terk, mount in on the roof (it's magnetic) and run the lead-in through the upper rear brake light.

The SIGMA antenna mounts on the interior of the windshield to the right of the rear view mirror--nothing on the outside, no chance of leaks, etc.
