Kenwood 7015 install help

Can anyone tell me what wiring harness and any tips on this install...I also got the Kenwood 4100 nav unit....I don't need the bezel. I have seen an OEM harness and the regular one...do I need both...thanks

I don't know what the OEM harness or the "regular" harness is but the only wiring harness you need is the generic one for 95-up Nissans like this. That's pretty much it.

It's been a long time since I discussed the kenwood but I seem to remember that you lose the steering wheel radio controls when you go to this. But I also remember that there is a company that sells a universal adapter / harness to get them working again.

Like I said, It's been a long time so maybe someone with more recent info could wade in.

Make sure you ground the green wire as well so that you can watch TV while the parking brake is not on (not while driving of course )
