Hiding Wires

Have a Garmin GPS unit on the dash but of course have to drape the wire down to the cig lighter.

Any tricks to hide these? Drilling is an option.

id just hard wire it into the trucks system to either a cig lighter or something that turns on with the truck and just mount it where you want it and drill a small hole to run the wires
