Just a teaser...

Here's a pic of my next project. It's curing right now, but should be ready to be installed in the morning. What do ya'll think?

70 people have looked two now have commented and one of them I know for sure has no idea what it is. I do know good work when I see it but what it is is a mystery?

My guess from the pic " A black Chain mail vest with an epoxy coating for that Bling Bling medieval effect."

How did I do?

2nd guess, "Custom intake cover?"

Looks like the intake cover molded from Carbon Fiber. Still needs to be drilled and have the center opening milled out.

At least thats my guess.

I stand firm in my belief that displayed article is rjspitz's take on modern art, ala carbon fiber, with beauty in the eye of the beholder! And if said object does have an additional utility purpose, I shall sit down and be educated further.

My question is:
Is it an actual Carbon Fiber intake cover.........or
A stock intake cover..covered in a sheet of carbon fiber?

Honest question.....

You are correct. No other purpose than to just be pretty, to me at least.

Really went out on a limb that time?

Geez, can I not proof read my post or what?

I'm still interested in the use of this thing of beauty.
