Ok.... I got cheap and purchased the Scosche from EBAY. It cost me like $28 with shipping. I finally got it today, and installed my Sony HU into the din adapter. Before I even installed anything, I looked at it right out of the box. The color match was nice, but looking at it further, I noticed a few missing hold-downs and clips from the aftermarket bezel. I understand that I need move all the parts to the new bezel, and maybe buy some new parts if necessary but I did all of that and this crap didn’t even fit all the way. It doesn't line up right, the gaps are all wrong, my hazard light switch is in the wrong place (making it impossible to install) and the airbag light doesn't even have a cover. This is the biggest piece of crap I have ever paid for. I am going to spend the money, (as I should have in the first place) and get the factory bezel. I've noticed that buying a lot of NON-Nissan parts for cheaper doesn’t really get you anywhere. Maybe it’s just what I’m buying, but after going to the dealer today to check the factory XE bezel price, I also saw a factory Nissan bug deflector. The quality is so much better than the Bugdeflector brand that I bought. Same thing with the fog lights, I bought aftermarket ones to try to save money.... After an accident the AM ones were replaced with factory ones, and man... what a difference. I guess some of the crap that I buy is worth a little more research first.
Has anyone else bought the Scosche radio kit and if so have you had luck?

I agree. I bought the same kit off ebay. Wound up ordering the OEM dash bezel from Courtesy about a week later.

I bought both the Scosche kit and the factory bezel. I wanted the radio mouning part of the Scosche kit and the factory fit and finish of the Nissan bezel. I guess it's the price you pay for better aftermarket stereo sound.
I have the schosche kit, and yes there were a few issues, but I modified it a bit and it looks fine. No it doesn't come with the clips, but it does come with an airbag light cover, sounds like you either lost it or it didn't come with it. The hazard light plug required some removal of the plastic behind the dash because the wire was contacting it. I also trimmed a little plastic off of the back of the schosche face plate so that it would sit more flush, just a few mils off.
If you look carefully at the AD, you will notice that it is for ARMADA/TITAN. I guess u got the one that fits the ARMADA, if I'm not wrong. I was looking at it out of curiousity and noticed that there a few missing things and misplaced things on the Bezel.
um the armada and titan is the same just the armada has rear air controls the reason for the two hole plugs they give you. Also mine fits fine and looks good the only problem I had was the wire in the back of the hazard light pushed the button out but I cause the opneing was too big 2 wraps of electrical tape and it works fine now.

Yep. I didn't really get a chance to listen to it yesterday due to the fact by the time i was done with the install it was late. But man... what a difference. My SW sound quality is better also now that i can use low level RCAs. And even though i got the new "FIXED" deck for the reception problems way back when.... every now and then it still had that mono sound. way less than before, but it still is nice to have the AM deck now. I am just so used to using the steering wheel controls.
