Well, I think im starting to like some of the Tonneau covers ive seen, only problem is which one is the best? and what makes it the best? and Thirdly, if yall had to choose between a slick Tonneau or a Banks exhaust? which would it be? for your next upgrade

I've been happy with my Truxedo Lo Profile cover -- good quality materials, easy to install, easy to roll-up, latch works well, good customer service, competitive price. This is just my opinion. I've also read good reviews about the Access covers. I think I've read about drawbacks with the Nissan soft cover due to the use of zippers instead of velcro closure. Many opinions on this site if you do a search. Also check the site sponsors to see what they offer.
Best one depends on your needs -- Do you prefer a hard cover, soft cover, roll top? Price range? Do you need a locking top? With/without utilitrack?
Can't really speak for the exhaust. Maybe one way I would look at it is to say you already have a fairly good exhaust but no cover - so get the cover and deal with the exhaust later.
I am partial to the K-cover also (it's what I have).
Key features for me:
99% water tight
lockable
easily removed but dont have to remove to get most of your bed back
works with utilitrack
can still have bed divider/extender

I have a Truxedo cover, it was very easy to install maybe took 20 minutes. It hasn't leaked yet and i have ran it through a lot of car washes. I had a hard fiberglass cover on my last truck and it was a pain and it always leaked. I agree with some of the others i think the truck sounds good the way it is. Thats only one of many reasons i bought a Titan.

Black04...First, I would say tonneau but, I think you need to add some more info before anyone could give you a really good answer on which one:
What do you need a tonneau for, looks, storage, etc.?
What is your budget?
Do you want painted, hard, soft or does it matter?

I will also have to say the K-cover. It gives you the versitility of a soft top with the security of a hard top. No drill, 99% water tight, and very low pro. I think it is the best overall cover. Fold-a-cover makes one similar, but I have not heard anything about it.
