I was just browsing ebay and came across some really cool looking japanese production headunits. There were cool eclipse and kenwood units with different looks to them. Just wondering if anybody knows what differences there are between American and Japanese units and if they would work in an american Titan (Nissan is japanese). Here's links to two of the headunits:
Yes they would work, they usually have English interfaces. The only problem is that they don't use the same frequency range for their FM. You have to get a frequency converter in order to use them, and then your range is limited, so you won't be able to scan all American stations.
damn thats hot! THat eclipse is sweet for the money thats for sure...that would suck if the radio did not work, but holy crap would I even use it ever?
Would the Navigation work in the US?

Yea that eclipse is one of the coolest i have seen. The screen seems a bit small, but it is unique. I didn't know about the radio thing. Either way, ordering audio stuff from ebay can be kinda shady. They probably have no warranty, etc. Just gotta be careful.
