Front door panel

Any one have a suggestion for removing the front door panel that is equipped with manual windows? There isn't a screw on the lever to remove it. Im stumped, Its the only thing I can't figure out. All I wanna do is replace the speakers and its killing me

there is a clip that holds the crank to the shaft. Remove the clip with a hook (metal clothes hanger works well) just pull the crank.

I used a needle-nose pliers, or a small screw driver to just pop the pin out. Be careful not to lose it though.

If your wondering how to replace the handle that is really a trick that turned out to be easier then getting it off. Hold the window handle with one hand, and place the pin back into the proper slot of the window handle with the other hand, or the needle nosed pliers. Then just push it back onto the window gear and it will click into place. It's that simple!
