I'm definitely interested in the group buy. I have been looking into replacing my cloth seat and I requested a literature package from www.autoleathers.com that arrived yesterday. In searching around on the Net I noticed that Katzkin and autoleather.com appeared to be the same leather covers and they both use the identically same installers, if one wants to go that route.

Based on the information in the literature I was able to determine that Katzkin Leather Interiors and autoleathers.com are one and the same company. Autoleathers.com is their online store and is wholly owned by Katzkin.

I was not aware of a possible group buy and I was looking into buying a set straight out. I would definitely want to look into the group buy if I could get what I want this way. I'm not keen on vinyl backs as some have reported.

I'm IN

I am definitely in on the group buy. Can we get 20? I have an Armada so mine will be a bit more, but I priced it recently and it would around $1000 for all 3 rows, so maybe I could save a couple hundred on a group purchase. Who's coordinating this?

I wonder if those without factory heated seats could buy the switches from Nissan to use with the leatherseats.com heating kit. That way it would look factory. Where are the seat heater switches located anyway on the LE's and what do they look like?

Seat group buy

If we get 20, I'll go in!

Bummer about having to remove the current seat covers-this may be a big job!

The big 3 companies are Katzskin, ClassicSoftTrim, and LeatherSeats.com... from what I've read/heard/seen they are all equally amazing, a large improvement over stock. Over on Maxima.Org, LeatherSeats.com has held the most groupdeals (5+, surely 100+ Maximas sporting their leather) and everyone has always been very satisfied with their customer service, prices, and quality. So you guys (whomever is setting up the deal) may want to shoot them an eMail and make sure to include that Armada owners would like in this as well.

Here is an example of how they work.

Count me in on the 20 deal. Leather is the only thing I didn't get that I really want.
Thanks, Charlie

While reading through the posts in this thread I must have been in a state of confusion. I was reading "leatherseats.com" but thinking "autoleathers.com." I must have had a brain cramp or something as www.leatherseats.com and www.autoleather.com have no relationship with one another. I had recently received a very nice package of information from Katzkin/autoleathers.com that included all of the sample leather swatches.

I phoned autoleathers.com today to get more information about a group buy when I was informed they don't do group buys. I'm thinking, "wait a minute, I just read information about group buys on your website" when I was told, "You must be talking about leatherseats.com. They do group buys."

In reviewing my information I was in error. I just wanted to pass this information on in case anyone else that may be laboring under a similar state of confusion.

No problem! Just a little more research needed, this time with a clearer mind.
