Re: Leather Conversion Kit

i dont know if this was posted or not bc i didnt read all of the posts, but when i purchased my titan, i had the factory install after market leather. It was $950, and i got two-tone, grey on the outer and nickel on the inner. this was through Tom Pea****, in Houston, TX.

Re: Leather Conversion Kit

They did a leatherseats.com conversion kit on a 3000GT on "Tricked Out", a show on the DIY Network.

http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/shows_..._33677,00.html

(Not sure if I can post links yet...)

They showed how to do the work yourself, and it didn't look too bad, as long as you had the right tools ("Hog ring" pliers and "hog rings" being the key thing.)

I bet if you took the seats out and gave the upholstery shop only what they needed to work on (meaning they wouldn't have to take everything apart) I bet the price for installation would be MUCH less.
