Help W/ Cleaning Leather

I sloppily got white house paint on part of my leather drivers seat and the leather wheel. Any suggestions on how to remove this?

Thanks in advance,
Josh

Re: Help W/ Cleaning Leather

Is the paint latex or oil? I've had good luck with a product called appropriately enough, "Goof-Off". If memory serves, they offer it in a couple of different formulas, depending on the spill. Consider using a hair-dryer to soften the paint a bit first. Test it in an inconspicuous area, but I doubt if you'll have a problem. It's at any paint/hardware type store, including the MonsterMart places.

If all fails, paint the rest of the upholstery to match!

Goof-Off would be my suggestion also. If you use it on your leather, make sure you follow with a good conditioner such as Lexol.

I wouldn't go with the goof -off. If I remember reading the label from when I was doing some house work, I seem to recall that it warned about removing varnish. A solvent shouldn't be needed. If you are patient, some warm soapy water worked over the area will do wonders, especially if the leather soaks up some water which will loosen the bond.
