ya its kinda funny actually. i have gotten a ticket for it once and its just a fix-it ticket. i have a friend write me a reciept saying it was taken off and went to my local nissan dealer, took a pic of a red alert titan with legal tint. went to court and showed the judge my reciept and pic and case dropped with no fine.

I have ceramic tint on my '06'. Not the darkest in the world but I can't feel any sun in my truck !!

i have 2% tint on the front and like 0 or 1% on the back...50 bucks. i love working at a dealership

nice, CT law says nothing darker than 35% but you can go to 20% with the doctors note. rear windows can be anything.

How much is a fair price to 20% the two front windows??

mine was $70 for 3M tint. matches the back just great & i have a lifetime warranty.

Actually in Texas it's 25% Visible Light Transmission. Almost every shop only "legally" installs 35% film to account for the factory tint which is usually 5 to 10%.

the Dr. note is so you want get a ticket. most shops dont care how dark you want your tint as long as you dont tell the cops

Nah...down here is Salisbury, Maryland the local glass Shop wont do it unless you have a note from the doctor saying you need it for your vision... LOL...Butr the place up in Delaware doesnt care....you just sign a waiver or something......I just want everything to match....
