Beware of Coverking Seatcovers!!!

This is a bit long, sorry.
I ordered a front and back set of Coverkings back in March. I got them and put them on. I found that the stitching on the front passenger seat bottom was not straight and it was out of square. I called Coverking and they sent me out another seat bottom. To my amazement the stitching was messed up on the replacement cover and the boxes were different sizes in the middle portion of the seat (didn't match the others). I called them again and they sent out a third cover. This time it was correct except that the inner gray color was quite darker then the rest of the gray on the other seat covers. I called them again and emailed photos of all 3 messups (which was now over 4 months since my original order. They told the website I bought them from that they would take the whole set back, but I would have to repay a 15% restocking fee. I told them they were out of there minds for trying to charge me for their constant QC mistakes. I spoke with and emailed the President of Coverking with no change in there stance on the issue.

I even told them I would be telling my story on the 3 Titan sites that I am a member of, and that alot of Titan owners would see the problems I had. I then got in touch with the website I ordered them from and after emailing photos to them of the problems I had, they agreed to refund me my full purchase price. They said they were very unhappy with Coverkings handling of my problem and were going to be having a meeting with the President of Coverking the next day.

I got all my money back and have now ordered a set of Wet Okole's. I hope to have better luck with their product. I might be a little anal, but for over $400.00 for seat covers they had better be perfect

Re: Beware of Coverking Seatcovers!!!

<<OEM Nissan waterproof covers.....and this is a 2006 Titan...so they will work, unless you have side air bags.

I only installed one.

See larger pic in my photo gallery.
