Someone posted a way to read diagnostics by pushing in the milage button for 8 seconds. I can't find the posting again. Can someone help?

I tried this out, pretty cool, but...
after ot 1 87, ot 0 99, F1 reads 062 and I have almost a full tank? is it wrong? Then if I press it again, I don't have an "F2," instead I get the reading 056C
Should I have had an F2?
