Broken seat

I have a 05 with bench seat and the back of the drivers seat pops almost every time I get in or move around in the seat. Has anyone had a similar problem,it sounds like a spring is broken. Do you think it would be covered by the warranty? By the way I only have 9000 miles on it.

what do you mean the back pops out? and yes its under warranty--I hope

My active headrest in the driverseat is broke somehow. Every time I lean back to get my wallet out of my back pocket it creaks something fierce or if I pull the headrest back and forward it also creaks. The passenger side does'nt do it so I know the drivers side is broke. I don't know if you know how the active headrest's work in a rear end collision if not I will explain(let me know). But that is the problem with mine. I am going to the dealer to have them look at it I will post results. If you go before me post it up.
