Active headrests

Hello Everyone
Got a question about the "active" headrests. Are they adjustable besides the height? I can't get mine to move at all, if they are called active, I thought they would be able to adjust.
Just wondering if anyone knew, didn't want to break mine trying to move them if they weren't suppose too.

Thanks for any input.

Re: Active headrests

no they can jus be moved up and down... they are "active" because during a collison, they "actively" support ur head and kneck ...as u sink into the chair/seat it cups ur head and saves u from whiplash...

Unhappy Re: Active headrests

Speaking of the "Active" headrests, on my 06 KC SE, they are really active! When the driver's side headrest is lowered all the way it should stay there, but mine creeps up at least three "notches" over a period of a week. Does anyone else have that problem? Is this normal, or is a trip to the dealer needed?

Re: Active headrests

No, I'd say that's not normal at all.

^^^And he should know if it's abnormal....

But I agree, my headrests have never moved on their own since the exorcism....
