Re: Cleaning Seats
For cloth seats on previous vehicles, I have tried those upholstery cleaners which are the spray in, let dry and vacuum type- with mixed results. If your seats are really filthy and stained, as with food stains or grease, I have also had success using carpet shampoo and water, working it with a soft bristle brush and a wet/dry vac. Save the job for a sunny and windy day to let the seats dry properly. Some Lysol spray on the seats will also help any mildew from forming in the cusion if you get them too wet.
Whatever you do go with, test your chemicals on some fabric under the seat to check that there is no color fading.
