Help with mounting lights in truck cap...

I have a truck cap and more and more I seem to need to work in it at night, hauling a lot of junk to the dump, use tools, etc.

I am looking to mount a set of lights inside the fiberglass shell in out of the way locations...

I had a set of 4 LED swivel lights I got from Costco. They are battery operated, multidirectional and were mounted on the sides...

But neither velcro nor Goop worked. The vibration of the truck pops the lights either off the truck cap itself or the actual light separates from it's own backing.

SO I am looking to you all for the wisdom I know just flows from your fingertips...
1. Light suggestions. (Preferably battery operated)
2. How to mount them so that they survive the shock of driving.
3. Mounting locations so that they are out of the way...
