Annoying dash squeak
I have a horrible squeak coming from what seems like the top of the dash right above the gauges. Have any of you guys experience this and have a fix for it?

ive got the same exact problm. and its extra loud when my truck down revs
like comin to a stop ... its gettin to be pretty anoying

yeah mine too. It's kinda minor doesn't bother me too much unless I have my stereo too low to hear it (which is not often w/my RF system). I plan on having the dealership fix it but waiting for another reason to take the truck in. I can stop it by pushing on the dash, so maybe just a small piece of felt or something will take care of it.

I have a similar noise that only happens when Im towing my trailer up a hill?... I thought I read in a post a few days ago that said to put some felt above the guage cluster to stop the noise?

I took the trim off and put some sticky sided tape along the top edge of the clear plastic gauge cover. It's been good for 6 months.
