Looking for OEM Rear seat cover (Crew Cab)

I was going to post this in the Buy/Sell forum but thought I could get some better help here. I'm looking for the rear seat cover for a Crew Cab (gray interior) - specifically the bottoms of the 60 & 40 seats. I'm looking for the factory cover, not the water seats.

If someone gots some rear seat OEM pieces for sale great, PM me, but if you just have the part number, I'd be happy with that information as well.

Thanks guys...yes, I've searched, all I see are posts about water resistant covers, stitches popping, and that the foam sucks.

I got my rear covers from the dealer when I bought my truck. Courtesy nissan used to carry them, but when I went to there site the only carry a split cover. It leaves the center seat uncovered.

I replaced my cloth interior with a leather interior. I have all of the seat, seatback, armrest, and headrest covers in storage. PM me with a fair price if you are interested. The leather guy had to take a piece off of one of the front seatback covers to use as a template and the dumbass didn't sew it back together but that shouldn't effect you if you just need the seat. I cannot remember if there were any stains. Maybe a small one here or there.

Forgot to mention, I have a 2004 crew cab.
