Does anyone have issues with the glove box getting scratches on it? My interior is pretty clean but the scratches on the glove box are driving me nuts. Is there something that will take those off or something to put on it to prevent those?
I have one pretty good scratch on the glovebox from the first few weeks of ownership, but not much since then. I don't think anything can be done about them.
just the center console over here. words of advice... Do NOT let ur girlfriend put her purse on it. infact, i like driving it better without her in it anyways. i hate the "slow down.......etc." Thats why our trucks have beds
Got a couple of scratches on mine too. I get fidgety if the front passenger keeps crossing his/her legs and rubbing against it...

I think most of mine are from my girlfriend throwing her purse in the truck and using the glovebox as a backboard. I can't really see anyway to correct it either, but i was hoping someone had a magic solution.

I thought I'd read some time back that heat, like from a butane lighter might get some of the lighter scratches out?
Could work. you try it first! haha. I know on dirtbike plastic fenders that when they crease they leave a white mark where they bend. If you heat it up with a heatgun they almost completly disappear. so ur on the right track. try a heat gun first
i know so little about cars I can barely change the air freshner in my truck so i think i'll pass on trying to set my truck on fire to get some scratches out.
I've taken my scratches out with a heat gun.You just have to be careful coz if you heat it to much it will turn the area shiny.I have also taken some scratches out by rubbing them with something plastic. Like a plastic screw driver handle
I have ALOT of them on the glovebox, Mstly from ne hauling stuff inteh front (because back is alread full) Oh well I guess. I try to put pillows or whatever in front of it now, I can't believe how easily it scratches.. The interior of the titans do leave more to be desired.

I SWEAR I've read it on this forum some time back. I don't have any scratches yet. YET.

I'll bet most are talking about heavy rub marks on the glovebox door and not actual scratches. My wife loves to throw her purse in just like krc333 said. I saw her do it once, and that was the last time she will ever do that again along with letting the seatbelt snap back.
