LED Interior Lights !Looks like HID's! Pics

Here is a few pics of new white LED replacement bulbs for the interior. Big difference!

The first pic is with the dome light replaced and the map lights with the stock bulbs

Pic three is of the door puddle light stock

Pic four same door with the LED replacement

Pic five is of the driver foot well with stock bulb (not a great shot I know but, it shows how much light the stock bulb doesn’t put out)

Pic six is of the driver foot well with the LED Replacement (NICE!)

This is the first I have heard of this. Where did you get those lights and what about the tiny ones that shine on the center console that are in between the two map lights?

Re: LED Interior Lights !Looks like HID's! Pics

I havent found a replacement for that little orange light between the map lights yet, or the visor mirror lights.

I got the on ebay, about 10 buck for a pair of the door/foot well lights and 8 bucks each for the dome and map lights

Very nice Carbon. You have the brand and bulb numbers to all the bulbs you replaced. Thanks.

The seller is "Vleds" on eBay and they have a website www.Vleds.com

The dome on map lights are DE3175

The foot wells, glove box and door/puddle lights are 158/194

Re: LED Interior Lights !Looks like HID's! Pics

Yeah I have the blue LED's in the doors of mine, they look pretty tight. I wasn't sure if the LED's for the map light would be overkill...but I'll probably do it anyway.

Re: LED Interior Lights !Looks like HID's! Pics

I prefer the more natural look of plain incandecent interior lighting. The LED look of HIDs is fine for headlamps, but inside it looks way too fake for my liking.

Re: LED Interior Lights !Looks like HID's! Pics

I had a rental car (07 Caddy DTS) and all the cars interior lights were the white LED and I thought it looked really clean. Thats what got me to put them in my Titan

Re: LED Interior Lights !Looks like HID's! Pics

I had red interior lights in my old truck...kinda liked it.

Much less brutal when people flick on the lights to read something. That said...the chica's don't approve for makeup work.
