Rear Door Hinge (176 degree)

First of all let me admit to you guyz that I don't own a Titan. But I am currently building a custom wheelchair accessible truck, and I figured you guyz would be knowledgeable with the info I need. In order to get the wheelchair in we bagged the truck, which is done now. Now we need to lower the floor and suicide the rear door so the wheelchair can get inside. So I was wondering, since the Titan has a 176 degree rear suicide door, how much does one of the hinges cost? I've looked at aftermarket suicide hinges and they are between $500-$1000. Any info you guyz have would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
