is there anyway to keep your foot well lights ALWAYS on like lexus?

First off, I want to do the HID white LED lights in my car like Carbon's thread. I think it looks very classy. When I was in my friends Lexus IS350, I noticed that his foot well lights stay on at all times. Is there anyway that we can wire our titans to stay on all the time? Of course not when the car is off or anything, but when the keys are in and when you have your headlights on or something.

Has anyone done this? I tried searching but couldnt find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Guess this is simple. just tap-wire them to your headlight switch. There was also a thread with LED part numbers that fit stock bulbs LED Interior Lights !Looks like HID's! Pics

I wonder why they do that. Is there a reason for it? Why would you need to look down at your feet while driving?
