Need new interior ideas...

I have an 05 crew cab with the "Steel" interior (light grey and blue). Can i get rid of the bench seat in front and get a center console? Also i would like to replace the blue on the seats with dark grey or black sued leather, same with the blue on the door panels. Any input on where to get the bucket seats and center console. Along with any ideas\ input on interior options as far as color?
