LED dome lights stay on when switched off

I recently put in LED interior lights on my 2004 KC LE. I noticed the other night that when the switches are turned to the "door mode"(with the doors closed) they still faintly light up. When the switches are turned to "off mode" they completely turn off. Its only the two map lights and dome light that does this. Has anyone else seen this? Is this normal because they're LEDs? Its like when the switch is on "door mode" their is still a little power going to the light and the LEDs pick it up. I never had this problem with the stock incandescent lights.

Re: LED dome lights stay on when switched off

I don't know if it's normal or not but I can tell you that mine do the same thing. Also I have one bulb that refuses to light up when its cold out. Makes no sense , I know, but it only does it when its cold. I tried reseating it but it didn't help.

Its possible theres some voltage trickling through that the normal bulbs dont care about. Check it with a volt meter.
