Anyone ever seen Red Rock interior in a Titan?

Hi... I am new here. Great forum! Based on all of your recommendations and pics, I have ordered about $1,200 worth of parts already (only owned it two weeks). Oh... I have a 2008 Titan PRO-4x ... I love it! Originally I just liked the look of the truck... but once I drove it, I was shocked at how fast these trucks are!

Anyway... as my dealer began searching for my PRO-4, we found only 2 within 300 miles of LA and neither had leather (deal breaker for me). The dealer agreed to install it aftermarket and showed me a few other cars that these upholsterers had done. Nice work! When it came time to picking a leather color, he thought I was crazy when I passed on black and charcoal. I told him I wanted a "saddle bag" type of color. You see.... while doing my truck research I also test drove a Tundra (boo!) and the particular one I drove had the "Red Rock" leather package installed. Luckily this Nissan dealer also owns a Toyota dealership and their leather upholstery place knew about the Red Rock leather as they had installed it in Tundras.................. so now I believe I am one of the only people who has a TITAN with the Red Rock leather package... The color in the pics looks a little more orange/reddish than it actually is... just picture the color of a football or worn in saddlebags.

Everyone at the dealership loved it, my friends think it's cool and I couldn't be happier!!! I am sure many people will say it's ugly... I welcome it because I THINK IT'S AWESOME!!!

What do you think?

The only way I would take a truck with this interior is if it was 2-tone with that red as the insert and the outside edges black or dark grey...too much red otherwise

Welcome to TT,it's hard to see color variance in those pic's,how does the "pigskin" look with the gray panels? Looks like a quality install,hope you are enjoying your new ride...

Thanks for the welcome nissan mike... That was my biggest deterrent... the color of the gray liner/roof. Oddly enough, the Tundra also has the same gray interior in the top half of the cabin. I also thought that the mix would look bad too... but it just doesn't.

I found a pic of the Tundra interior... also with gray ceiling liner. You would think that the toyota designers would have installed a tan or black liner to match... but like I said - it looks OK with gray too.

The Ford King Ranch edition has a nicely designed "saddlebag" interior incorporating the whole interior....

I love that color of leather. I sure wouldnt mind having "real" leather throughout my Titan.

mwippern... I have ordered
- upper and lower b-cool grills (painted black)
- Magnaflow 18" muffler
- blacked out tail lights (on ebay ... I'm worried about these a bit)
- PRG leveling kit - guy was selling one on ebay
- n-fab nerf bars

looking at rims and tires options now ... VERY hard decision!!!

can someone help me please???? I can't figure out why my email is my username... how do I change that? I looked everywhere on my control panel... txs!

oh... and I also bought an "undercover" tonneau cover on craigslist...

I hope I can change my username as it is very annoying to see my email up there... I may start over and re-register!

I picked up the truck at Alhambra Nissan from the internet manager Russel Blair. Great experience... would definitely recommend buying from them/him.
