door panel off?

On my 08 cant find the last bolt or something to take off the panel. Plus I didnt want to yank on it to hard and brake anything. I installed weathertech vent visors and a piece cracked off and now my window wont go down. has to be wedged some where. I figured if i get to the window motor and assist it i can get the piece out but cant get the panel all the way off. Any help greatly appreciated.

Once you have the screws removed, I put some steady pressure, and then gave it a sharp yank to get it off.
