Speedometer Needle Problem

Ok, so I just finished installing my new stainless gauges that I ordered from JasonB (which I love), but I have a slight problem. I'm able to get all of the needles to line up correctly except for the Speedometer needle. For some reason when I plug the gauges back in, the needles do some type of "flickering/shaking" motion and then the Speedometer gauge rests below zero. I start the truck and it still sits below zero (looks like it would be -5 to -7 MPH). After several attempts in trying to adjust the needle while the truck was shut off, I tried to adjust it while the truck was running. I finally got it to rest at zero, however when I turned the truck off and back on, the needle once again sat below zero. I tried a gauge sweep test and that didn't change anything either. I'd appreciate any type of help.

Thanks guys

Re: Speedometer Needle Problem

The gauge reset/calibrate itself after shut off.
Pull that needle off, plug the gauge into the truck's harness, turn Ign on, turn it Off, wait about 30 sec or till it reset, carefully insert the needle.
