Hard Wiring my Valentine

Does anyone know where I can hardwire my Valentine? I have the cord running behind the driver side pillar and under the dash, coming out just next to my center console...

But I want to hardwire it to free up one of the "cigarette lighter" spots.

What I need:
- 1 wire below the driver side dash that has 12v when the key is turned "on"; but doesn't have 12v when they key is in the off position.

You can just splice it into the back of your cigarette lighter if you already have it coming out there...

thats what I did with the Sirius I have. I used the "non-live" one.

What's the best way to get back to the cigarette lighter?

I was able to get the center console out (not dash) but the one with the cup holders. I can get to it, but not well enough to see what I'm doing...

I attached a picture of basically what I have. I guess it's somewhat of a "piggy back". There is a wire clamp the splices into whatever wire I decide to use and then that runs to the Valentine.

The cigarette lighter seems like the best idea, mainly because I don't know where to start with the wiring below the dash...but like I said, I'm just not really sure how to get to it.

Not sure if the 05's are the same as the 08's, but once you take the center of the dash off, you should just be able to reach around inside the dash and pop it out from the back by pushing it towards the cab...
