Wet Okole's rule!!

Yesterday my 7 year old reached up and grabbed my brand new 44oz Super big gulp Coke and some how for what ever reason the entire drink ended upside down in her lap. Some of the drink rolled down behind the seat and dripped on the stock and rubber floor mats I have in the back. seat back cover soak up some also. I had no towels or anything to clean up the mess except my T-Shirt and I used it on her (kid more important than truck) I was only a few miles from home so after I got her situated I headed home. I pulled off the seat covers and to my surprise not one bit of Coke made it through to the seats. I hosed them down with a water hosed, cleaned them with the cleaner I bought from Wet okole and they cleaned up just fine.
I can't imagine what my seat would have looked like if it wasn't for these seat covers.

Re: Wet Okole's rule!!

It wouldnt have been purdy!!! Wet Okole's are awesome. A PITA to install but no other cover will give you that custom fit.

I went up the street to a local BBQ stand and spilled an entire slab of "wet" ribs on my OEM seats. Thats about the time I decided I needed some covers.

Re: Wet Okole's rule!!

It was PITA to get the cover over the center seat on my bench KC but well worth it. That was when I discovered that Nissan used left over plastic consoles to hide the ECU or what ever that is under there.

I put them back on tonight, took about 20 minutes.

Do yours feel a bit warm yet? I am still weighing the claim of them being cooler than factory. I am almost thinking it's like sitting on grandma's quilt. Will see when it gets really warm and humid i suppose. Can't wait!

Re: Wet Okole's rule!!

ditch the 7year old! problem solved...

ive issues with my dog... i have some stains in the back from her (she licked the seat). i usually put towers but those get shifted about.

i just cant justify 200$ for seat covers. i reckon i replace the seats for less!

They were a little more than that becuase I added pockets. I think the total was like $289. This isn't my first woops since I have had these covers, They have saved my seats more than once.
Considering what I piss away a month on lunch and other BS $289 is cheap for a nice upgrade.

At the time I wanted to ditch the 7 year old but when the shock wore off and she went to crying it's hard to stay mad. Plus she helped clean the covers.

No they feel fine to me but then again I work on construction sites so keeping the windows down and a/c off is not an option or my trcuk would be filled with sand.

I have the same covers but I added pockets in each seat back. What happen to your console cover?? I love mine. I use to keep a dark grey towel over mine becuase my arm would sweat and stick to it. I take it off once a month and wash it out to keep it clean.

Re: Wet Okole's rule!!

Thank you, decision made. I am getting Wet Okole seat cover. With a 60lbs Basset Hound drool machine and a new baby on the way I feel the time has come.

Besides, the Mrs will okay this buy...unlike my $2500 supermoto pitbike.....hehe

Re: Wet Okole's rule!!

I was considering the Wet Okole's for the Titan. I had them on my '95 Nissan pick-up and I loved them. I'm concerned now that I have side air bags in the Titan. I know Wet O makes a cover for the side air bag seats but I don't know if I like the way it looks. Anybody have pix of the Wet O's on the side air bag seats?

The only draw back with the Wet O's is dog hair. My dogs hair is super fine and sticks in there good. I have to shop vac the hair and use a lint roller to get it out. But it is way better than getting dog hair out of these fishing line in the stock seats.

I looked on the website and didn't see anything. I bet you can email them and they can send you a picture.
